I've had excellent experiences with Capstone and their Technicians. They are responsive and timely! Technicians are helpful and professional. Recently I required additional memory installation in my HP laptop. They scheduled a prompt pick-up, completed the install and returned my computer within 2 days. We will continue to use Capstone for our IT support services.
