Kevin McCreary was the technician and the entire process (communication leading up to the MFP switch out day to the actual switch out) from beginning to end was great. Kevin asked pertinent questions beforehand and during and explained the new functionality of rhw MFP and demonstrated it well before leaving. Great experience and I will recommend Levifi and Kevin to anyone needing workplace technology help.
